Hello and nice to meet you! I purchased my first home in Merida in 2004 when I fell in love with Merida. Originally from the US, we chose the state of Yucatan and the Merida area due to the being one of the most safe and secure areas in the world. My wife Milda Pech Leon Stacy and I currently live in the town of Progreso, close to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I have held an active US Real Estate Brokers license in the state of Florida for over 26 years. Previously I worked for Sunbelt Business Brokers, one of the largest business brokers in the world and was a Million Dollar a Year Producer. I have been working in the Yucatan for 15 years and consider myself to be an expert in the area.
