Hi, I’m Huseyin, a dedicated Realtor in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. My journey began in hospitality at the age of 17, working as a vacation photographer at a 5-star resort in Turkey. Through hard work and a genuine passion for my craft, I quickly established a reputation as a skilled photographer. In 2010, I visited Punta Cana for a winter vacation, drawn by the tropical weather and stunning white-sand beaches. I fell in love with the Caribbean and have called it home ever since. A year later, I entered into a business partnership with the world’s largest photography company, launching a photography service in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I continued my work there until 2015, after which I returned to Punta Cana to further pursue my passion as a real estate photographer. My real estate career officially began in 2017, when I took on the role of property administrator for top luxury short-term rental properties. This experience gave me invaluable insight into the industry, and today, I help clients find their dream homes in paradise. As a Realtor, I guide my clients through the entire process—from finding high rental potential properties in the best communities to navigating all the legal requirements and ensuring seamless transactions.
