The ground floor offers 4 en suite air conditioned bedrooms, two on each wing of the building; all heading onto the considerable deck and huge swimming pool. The position of the house allows full sun all day. Along with the bedrooms, the house has a relaxing TV room, double sitting room and dining terrace. The kitchen overlooks a convenient BBQ deck area. Ceiling fans and WiFi are available throughout the property. The first floor is occupied by the vast Master Suite which include his and hers en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The house is located a short drive from Holetown and Speightstown and is conveniently next to Royal Westmoreland Estate for the keen golfer.
