With this blog she explains current negotiation strategies, provides tips for buyers, sellers & investors and summarizes the current tempo of the local real estate market. She has also been creating real estate related content for various social media sites such as YouTube, FaceBook, Instagram, TikTok, & X. Family: When she’s not busy serving clients, Kat enjoys traveling, gardening, birdwatching, home renovations, exploring the local food scene and taking walks with Mr. Fat Tuesday (her Havanese real estate assistant). She also frequently takes the Edmonds/Kingston Ferry to Kingston to visit with her daughter Michelle Cook (who also happens to be a Windermere Broker in Kingston) and her 3 grandkids.
